常见问题
需要账号、API Key 或联网吗？
不需要账号，也不需要自行提供 API Key。核心记账与预算功能可离线使用；可选的「在线 AI」需要联网，并且只会在你开启并同意相应功能后使用。
我的账本会上传到服务器吗？
App 不建立服务器账本副本。未开启在线 AI 时，记账文字、语音转写、预算和消费内容不会发给开发者服务器或第三方 AI；开启并使用在线 AI 后，只会发送该次操作必要的文字或统计摘要，具体字段、接收方和保留说明见隐私政策。原始录音和图片始终不上传。
旧设备还能使用智能功能吗？
可以。兼容设备会使用 Apple 的设备端语言模型动态优化洞察和选项；其他设备自动使用本地规则、统计模板和候选库。若你另行开启在线 AI，已授权的功能也可以优先使用在线处理，并在网络不可用时回退到本地逻辑。
支持哪些语言？
简体中文和英语有随 App 提供的离线候选库。其他语言在 Apple 端侧模型支持时可动态生成；不支持时转盘会用英语离线兜底，不会把问题上传到服务器。
为什么语音功能有时不可用？
My Money 只允许设备端语音识别。是否支持由设备型号、iOS 版本和所选语言共同决定；不支持时请改用文字输入，App 不会回退到服务器识别。
怎样删除数据？
在 App 设置页选择“清除所有数据”，即可删除本地账单、预算方案和评估结果。
预算建议能当作理财建议吗？
不能。My Money 仅用于个人预算估算和消费提醒，不提供财务、投资、税务或法律建议。

Do I need an account, API key, or connection?
You need neither an account nor your own API key. Core logging and budgeting work offline. The optional Online AI feature needs a connection and is used only after you enable and consent to the relevant scope.
Is my ledger uploaded?
The app creates no server ledger copy. With Online AI off, transaction text, speech transcripts, budgets, and spending content are not sent to a developer server or third-party AI. When you enable and use Online AI, only the text or summary needed for that action is sent. The Privacy Policy lists the exact fields, recipients, and retention details. Raw audio and images are never uploaded.
Do intelligent features work on older devices?
Yes. Compatible devices use Apple's on-device language model to refine insights and choices dynamically. Other devices use local rules, statistical templates, and choice libraries. If you separately enable Online AI, authorised features can use online processing first and fall back to local logic when the network is unavailable.
Which languages are supported?
Simplified Chinese and English have bundled offline choice libraries. Other languages can use Apple's on-device model where supported; otherwise the wheel falls back to offline English and does not upload the question.
Why can voice input be unavailable?
My Money permits only on-device speech recognition. Support depends on device model, iOS version, and selected language. If unavailable, type instead; the app never falls back to server recognition.
How do I erase my data?
Choose “Erase All Data” in Settings to remove local transactions, budgets, assessments, and decision history and cancel notifications.
Is this financial advice?
No. My Money is for personal budgeting and expense logging only. Insights are for reference and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
